Do I have to pay you for my booking?
No. You don’t pay Luxury Travel Diary a dime, and we will never ask for payment details. We arrange your stay and provide you with details to pay the hotel(s) in question directly, as you would for any regular booking.

Can you match a discounted rate I’ve been offered elsewhere?
In most cases, we will match any discounted rate and include all our VIP benefits as well! It is always worth asking us for a quote before you book elsewhere.

Why can’t I book online via your site?
We’re not an online booking engine. We offer a 1-to-1 personal service for premium travelers. In doing so, we can provide unparalleled service with bespoke benefits and rates tailored specifically to you.

Can I phone you?
Concierge enquires are initiated using the form below. Our team are real, friendly humans, and once they’ve reviewed your query, will reply as soon as humanly possible using the email address you provide, with additional contact details as required.

I’ve booked elsewhere. Can I add your benefits retrospectively?
In some cases, we can add our benefits retrospectively to bookings made elsewhere. Contact us below for more information.

What is the booking process?
Just fill out the form below with your name, email, and details of when you want to travel, if you require flights, and where you want to stay. Remember to include your preferred hotel choice. One of our travel experts will come back to you personally with a quote detailing pricing and relevant free benefits.

Can I cancel my booking?
As with bookings made with all online travel agents, each rate will come with a different set of terms and conditions. These will be detailed in advance of your booking.

How much can I save & what will be my benefits?
This depends on the specific flight and hotel and the dates you are booking. There is no obligation to book, so you have nothing to lose in requesting a quote.

Can I collect points & miles and will my loyalty status apply?
Yes. Our flights will collect miles according to their booking code and will benefit from your current frequent flyer status. The same is true for hotels. Please let us know your loyalty status before booking.

What are Virtuoso benefits?
Benefits can vary by property and experience, but generally, Virtuoso travelers receive preferred rates at hotels, upgrades upon arrival (if available), Virtuoso-only amenities (spa credits, shopping credits, etc.), daily breakfast for two, and early check-in/late checkout.
