How do I book with you?
Our concierge service is bespoke & provided by people, not automated systems. To book with us, simply fill out the enquiry form on this page & tell us about your future trip. One of our lovely advisors will then get in touch with our best rates & details on the VIP benefits we can add. At that point, you can proceed with the booking or think things through. There is zero obligation on your part.

Do I have to pay you for my booking?
No. You don’t pay Luxury Travel Diary a dime, & we will never ask for payment details. We arrange your stay & provide you with details to pay the hotel(s) in question directly, as you would for any regular booking.
Can you offer any additional reassurance?
We would be happy to connect you directly with the reservation team at your preferred luxury hotel to verify that we are a trusted brand. Once the hotel concerned has confirmed we’re genuine & trustworthy, we are confident you will have any additional reassurance you seek.
Can you match a discounted rate I’ve been offered elsewhere?
In most cases, we will match any discounted rate & include all our VIP benefits as well! It is always worth asking us for a quote before you book elsewhere.
Why can’t I book online via your site?
We’re not an online booking engine. Personal service is a cornerstone of our business. We offer a 1-to-1 personal service for premium travelers. In doing so, we can provide unparalleled service with bespoke benefits & rates tailored specifically to you. Our concierge team offers first-hand recommendations to help you choose your perfect hotel or even destination, guiding you through the whole process to create a truly special vacation.

Concierge enquires are initiated using the enquiry form below. Our team are real, friendly humans, & once they’ve reviewed your query, will reply as soon as humanly possible using the email address you provide, with additional contact details.
I’ve booked elsewhere. Can I add your benefits retrospectively?
In most cases, we can add our benefits retrospectively to bookings made elsewhere. Enquire below for more information.
Can I cancel my booking?
As with bookings made with all online travel agents, each rate will come with a different set of terms & conditions dictated by the related hotel(s). These terms will be detailed in advance of your booking.
How much can I save & what will be my benefits?
This depends on the specific hotel & the dates you are booking. There is no obligation to book, so you have nothing to lose in requesting a quote.
Can I collect points & miles & will my loyalty status apply?
Yes. Hotel nights you book with us will collect points exactly as they would for any other stay. The same is true for flights that will collect miles according to their booking code & will benefit from your current frequent flyer status. Please let us know any loyalty status before booking.
