What are Virtuoso benefits?
Benefits can vary by property and experience, but generally Virtuoso travelers receive preferred rates at hotels, upgrades upon arrival (if available), Virtuoso-only amenities (spa credits, shopping credits, etc.), daily breakfast for two, and early check-in/late checkout.
How much can I save & what will be my benefits?
This depends on the specific flight and hotel and the dates you are booking. There is no obligation to book, so you have nothing to lose in requesting a quote.
Can I collect points & miles and will my loyalty status apply?
Yes. Our flights will collect miles according to their booking code and will benefit from your current frequent flyer status. The same is true for hotels. Please let us know your loyalty status before booking.
What is the booking process?
For flights, simply fill out the form below with your name, the start and end destinations, the dates of your planned flights and your preferred class of travel and airline. For hotels, detail where and when you want to stay, with your preferred hotel choice. One of our travel experts will come back to you with a personal email detailing pricing and relevant free benefits.
Can I cancel my booking?
As with bookings made with all online travel agents, each rate will come with a different set of terms and conditions. These will be detailed in advance of your booking.
