It is open 7 days a week with concierge and business center services, pressing service, and one-hour usage of the Executive Meeting Room per stay (subject to availability).
Breakfast in the Executive Club is indulgent and excellent. There is also an afternoon tea, cocktails, and canapés served in the early evening, all excellent and filling. This lounge is as good or perhaps even better than the Ritz-Carlton Shangri-La, and Langham, but more importantly, the service is amazing. All guests can pay to access this executive lounge, so it is worth considering paying to access the lounge at least for part of your stay.
The lounge’s food and cocktails are decent and comparable to other top hotels like the Ritz, Shangri-La, and Langham, but it is really the service that makes it stand out. Alcoholic drinks are also available all day, which may also be useful if you are suffering from odd hours related to jet lag.
2. The Ritz-Carlton, Shenzhen

Platinum Marriott Bonvoy members do not get access to this excellent club lounge for free, although they can book a club-level room to gain access.
3. The Langham, Shenzhen
Occupying an enviable location in Futian CBD, the city’s commercial and retail hub, this luxury hotel is also near Shenzhen Railway Station and Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. It is convenient for many tourist sites and natural attractions. Enjoy exploring this fast-growing metropolis and one of the most unique cities in the world.
The Langham club lounge in Shenzhen is bright and airy with marble floors and pillars, some dark wood flooring, and a grey, white, and black color tone. It feels modern, and the floor-to-ceiling windows to the side of the main room offer incredible birdseye views of the city.
The Langham Club is on the 22nd and 23rd floors and is truly elegant. It can be accessed if you book The Executive Room, One-Bedroom Suite, Executive Suite, Presidential Suite, and Chairman Suite. Alternatively, you can pay an extra CNY 600 for Deluxe Room and Deluxe Premier Room, which will get you access to The Langham Club lounge privileges.

5. InterContinental Shenzhen
InterContinental Shenzhen is a resort hotel located in the heart of Shenzhen’s Overseas Chinese Town. Blending Spanish-inspired elegance with modern design and time-honored local traditions, this hotel is luxurious. Also, it has an incredible resort pool with a beach and a massive pirates ship! You can sit on the beach here and enjoy a laze under a palm tree within the hotel grounds!
There have been very few reviews of the executive club lounge at this InterContinental but you can see what we have experienced in terms of food and drink at the club lounge at InterContinental O2 in London and the club lounge at InterContinental Park Lane (pictured above) which will give you an idea of what to expect. This will undoubtedly be one of the best club lounges in Shenzhen, with a substantial hot and cold buffet and a la carte breakfast and evening canapes and alcoholic drinks.
6. Grand Hyatt Shenzhen
Although there is an, undoubtedly good, Park Hyatt, in Shenzhen, it is the Grand Hyatt Shenzhen you want to visit if you are looking for one of the best executive club lounges in Shenzhen.
This hotel has 471 luxury rooms and suites, all with floor-to-ceiling picture windows to best capture the magnificent, panoramic views of Shenzhen or the breathtaking Hong Kong mountain views.
Health-conscious guests will have the ability to enjoy a 24-hour gymnasium at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. This Fitness Center is equipped with personalized LCD screens on cardiovascular machines, as well as a Yoga studio, relaxation lounge, foot reflexology and hydrotherapy area, and steam room. Fitness and personal training sessions are also available.
Located on the 33rd floor across from the reception desk, the Business Center provides office and secretarial services, telephone, fax functions, translation, word processing, photocopying, and equipment rental.
There is a fabulous heated outdoor pool located on the terrace of the 3rd floor, alongside a sun deck, with beverage and light snacks service. Grand Hyatt club lounges are usually excellent, with decent breakfasts and filling evening food and complimentary drinks, including alcohol. This lounge is very classy with wooden floors and thick rugs. It is located on the 25th floor. There is a buffet area for breakfast and the evening happy hour.
The evening happy hour, in particular, is a decent spread and runs from half part five to half-past eight. Food is veggies, smoked salmon, cold cuts, not squid, beef pie, and vegetable spring rolls. There is more than one white and red wine to choose from as well as beer, spirits, and soft drinks all of which are free. There is certainly enough to fill you up.
7. JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen
JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen is a Rewards Category 3 Marriott Bonvoy hotel and is centrally located in the Futian Business District.
This hotel is convenient for the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center, Shenzhen Window of the World, and Futian Checkpoint. While here, guests can enjoy the beautiful view of their golf course, spacious accommodations, and comfortable bedding with plush beds.
Envelope yourself in luxury with extensive spa treatments at Yue Spa, take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool, and work out in the modern, 24-hour Health Club.
The Marriott Executive Lounge is on the 27th Floor and serves breakfast, tea, and a happy hour with alcoholic beverages.
The food is excellent with an extensive hot and cold buffet breakfast, egg stations, dim sum, really everything you could wish for, and they offer a similarly good Happy Hour buffet. Both meals will fill you up enough so that you won’t have to eat elsewhere. We actually reviewed the JW Marriott executive club lounge in London. This review will give you an idea of how good the food is in almost all JW Marriott executive lounges (alcohol at JW Marriotts is not free on American soil but is in most of the rest of the world).
8. JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao’an
JW Marriott Hotel Shenzhen Bao’an is a luxury hotel situated in the bustling Shenzhen Qianhai district, just 15 minutes from the airport. Do not confuse this hotel with the older JW Hotel Shenzhen in town. This new hotel is located in the District of Bao’An.
How does this compare to the other JW? Well, JW Marriotts in Asia are miles ahead of US properties. The service, in particular, is excellent, plus there is a really great breakfast for Elites in the lobby restaurant called The Kitchen or in the Executive Lounge. The Kitchen breakfast is the one to choose with an almost never-ending choice of food, both Chinese & Western, as well as cook-to-order eggs and noodles.
Settle into your sophisticated guest room or suite, each one showcasing an impressive variety of luxury amenities, abundant natural light, and floor-to-ceiling windows with stunning views of Shenzhen Bao’an and Qianhai Bay.
Sample handcrafted international cuisine in an elegant setting at Pavilion, the hotel’s signature restaurant, refresh and rejuvenate at our luxury spa, or take a swim in our heated outdoor pool. This hotel also offers an excellent executive club lounge.
9. Sheraton Shenzhen Hotel
Shenzhen Futian hotel is located in the heart of Shenzhen’s business and shopping district. Walk to the Convention Center Metro Station, Shenzhen Convention, and Exhibition Center, or Futian High-speed Railway Station, all five minutes away. The Futian, Huanggang Checkpoint, and Luohu Checkpoint are both within a 15-minute drive away.
There is plenty to enjoy with 354 well-appointed rooms and 21 meeting rooms, various restaurants, and the Afterwardz Lobby Bar. Boost yourself in the well-equipped Fitness Centre or relax in the indoor and outdoor swimming pools.
The executive club lounge at Shenzhen Futian hotel is reportedly very good and large, plus it is open 7 days a week. It offers plenty of breakfast and evening snacks. 10. Courtyard Shenzhen Bay
Courtyard Shenzhen Bay is a rewards category 2 hotel making it the cheapest redemption in our listing, and yet it maintains a level of luxury and an excellent club lounge. It is located in Nanshan, just moments from the Shenzhen Bay Super Headquarter Matrix and Hi-Tech Park station.
Tastefully decorated, spacious hotel rooms and suites enjoy panoramic views of Nanshan, Shenzhen, a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a large workspace, and a mini-bar. Elevate your stay in our Executive-level rooms to enjoy lounge access, free snacks and beverages, and a scenic garden setting.
