British Airways New Club World Food Menu

Book A Hotel

British Airways will soon be launching a new Club World cabin. This is much needed as their Club World or business class product falls behind the other airlines listed in our top 10 best business class airlines. British Airways actually compares quite poorly to the business class offered by Emirates, Etihad and Qatar.

Nevertheless, it remains one of the best (and my preferred) business class products on transatlantic routes, and the overall experience is always consistent, very good, and with a British touch. If you prefer to upgrade to first, you can see our review of First on the British Airways Dreamliner. I have also reviewed Premium Economy on the Dreamliner.

What Will The New Club World Food Offering Be Like?

Club World is introducing a new Club World food menu alongside a higher quality food offering.

They are introducing a new food menu in Summer 2017 and will move away from tray service in Club World, instead using a trolley-based service, initially operating from September between Heathrow and New York and then rolled out on other routes in 2018.

A Typical Club World Food Menu Can Be Found Below.

  • Starter
  • Loch Fyne Smoked Salmon Tartare With Wasabi Crème Fraîche
  • Burrata With Tomato Carpccio And An Olive Oil Balsamic Dressing
  • Jamón ibérico Asparagus Manchego
  • Main – Various Choices Including
  • Naan with Vegetable Rice, Bhindi Masala, and Malai Kofta
  • Dessert
  • Double Chocolate Delight
  • Lemon Curd Tart With Crispy Merangue
  • fresh Raspberries & Mango Compote
  • Cheeses

I have covered the other improvements expected in the new British Airways Club World. I have also experienced the current business class product in our reviews of Club World on the Dreamliner B787-9, and on BA’s 777.
