Le Parc is located in an 18-story building that highlights a green and sustainable vision and concept. The building is in the process of obtaining international eco-efficiency certifications such as LEED and EDGE.
This project, promoted by the businesswoman Gabriela Sommerfeld, was designed by the architect Cristian Wiese. The interior design and decoration were overseen by Adriana Hoyos. It took 18 months of work to finalize the design, systems, and materials. Everything was focused on a sober, luxurious, and timeless design that is closely linked to the style of the great New York buildings.
The application of sustainable systems is an important point of this building, which has a construction area of 25,000 m². An example of this is the use of electricity through a water heating system that generates energy through state-of-the-art inverters. The building also highlights the use of glass technology for thermal insulation, protection from sunlight, and noise control.
