1. Hyatt Hotel Canberra – A Park Hyatt Hotel

The 5 star Hyatt Hotel Canberra – A Park Hyatt Hotel has 252 oversized guestrooms including 13 suites. Rooms here are of a similar quality to a standard Hyatt with no particular style. They are certainly not up to the standard of most Park Hyatt hotels.

The staff here are very good and if you book a room with club lounge, you get access to the Ambassador Lounge. It is well worth paying the extra fee for access. Unlike most Park Hyatts, the Hyatt Hotel Canberra has a club lounge. The lounge includes breakfast and evening bites with a really nice and filling selection of food.

The Hyatt Hotel Canberra is a historical property with some beautiful architecture. It’s in a great location but it lacks the sophistication of the Park Hyatt brand.
