Location

The resort is tucked just steps away from the stunning Bonaire Bay in a quiet, secluded spot on a hillside on the north west coast of the Caribbean island of Saint Lucia. Despite your private location, you are only a 15 minute drive from the capital of Castries and 15 minutes the other way finds you shopping at the Baywalk Mall or dining in the trendy restaurants of Rodney Bay.

Style & Character

The resort is quite simply breathtaking. It’s not even just because of that white sandy beach or the lush green gardens filled with walkways where you can stroll pausing a while to admire the beautiful views of the Caribbean Sea and Bonaire Bay. The main buildings of the resort have a delightful old Caribbean charm which combined with the style and luxury of today is very inviting.

Service & Facilities

Well the beach is a huge draw here, not only do you have the actual beach to enjoy but there’s a beautiful custom-designed boardwalk ideal for a moonlit wander, a romantic meal or a massage. The mesmerising hundred foot Sweetwaters Pool has a 40 foot infinity edge and is surrounded by comfortable loungers, there’s also a swim up pool bar where you can have your favourite cocktail made for you. For more serious relaxation, the Ti Spa is next to the pool where you can enjoy a rejuvenating treatment with locally made products. The resort also has a Fitness Centre and a Beauty Parlour onsite and there’s also a music room, Whispers, ideal for listening to your favourite tunes in calm and peace or just to read a book with those beautiful views as your companion. The service is excellent with notably friendly, caring and very professional staff.

Rooms

For accommodation choose from nine beautiful Balinese mahogany Cottages, four Swim-Up Junior Suites and thirteen luxury Ocean View Junior Suites; all of which have private balconies or porches and gorgeous views of the azure blue Caribbean Sea. The Junior Suites also have their own Jacuzzis as well as unrestricted and private access to the pool but the cottages just have to be recommended. Not only are you located beachfront but you have your own secluded plunge pool, Jacuzzis, outdoor rain shower and a hammock; bliss!

Food & Drink

The Windsong Restaurant at Calabash Cove has a reputation for being one of the best restaurants on the island. The food is a delicious mix of international cuisine and local Creole fare with Asian inspiration often featuring heavily too; with a menu this interesting your only problem is that you won’t want to go anywhere else! Open for breakfast, lunch and dinner it’s a great spot from which to enjoy stunning views while you dine. Further unparalleled ocean views are on offer at the trendy C Bar, the perfect place to enjoy a signature cocktail or glass of champagne as the sun sets and don’t forget the Swim-Up Pool Bar either; as well as keeping you refreshed during the day, it’s a popular spot from which to watch the sunset over the Caribbean Sea.
