Service & Facilities
The star attraction here has got to be the resort’s very own SugarSand Beach Club; relax on the large deck on your sun lounger and enjoy the vibe from the restaurant and bar there. The beach is also THE place to witness the nightly show as the sunset gives its dramatic, panoramic performance. There are also 4 swimming pools with whirlpools surrounded by gorgeous tropical gardens and a kids swimming pool. Work out at the state of the art, 24/7 Health Club which boasts a diverse range of kit including: TRX equipment, cardio equipment, floor space for yoga and a martial arts corner. If you need some TLC after making use of the health club, then indulge at the elegant Sava Spa; their Eastern Rose aromatic massage comes highly recommended. The hotel is also a great venue for events and has several stunning meeting and gathering spaces.
The service here is exceptional; very hospitable and very personal especially for a hotel of this size, you feel as if you are staying in a boutique hotel! They also keep the place pristine.
Rooms
Stay in one of 247 exquisitely appointed guest rooms, 23 stylish suites or 19 one and two bedrooms pool villas. Every room has a daybed on the balcony or terrace and every room has a beautiful spa-inspired bathroom. If budget allows, definitely opt for a stunning villa and enjoy your own private pool and hot tub. If not then all the rooms are gorgeous but an upgrade to a suite will also give you a living room, a bathtub, an oversized balcony and just that bit more luxury. At the very least, choose a Patio Room for direct pool access or a Sea Breeze Room for ocean views.
Food & Drink
Innovative local-fusion dining is on the menu but there are actually an impressive seven distinctive dining experiences where you can tuck in. There are two relaxed cafes, a playful poolside lounge, a rustic Indonesian restaurant and a cocktail bar as well as a restaurant and a bar at the SugarSand Beach Club where you can savour locally inspired flavours served with Executive Chef Nic Philip’s signature style.
