How To Get A Platinum Upgrade & Benefits
When you book through our Luxury Travel Concierge, you will get our Platinum Partner complimentary benefits. You cannot join Platinum Premier as this is a travel agent club, but we can share our benefits with you.
Book with us and join their consumer loyalty program (more on that below) so that you get IPrefer points and benefits on your stay, as well as our advertised VIP benefits. Book your Preferred Hotel or Resort with us, and you will immediately get these benefits.
Insider & Elite IPrefer Guest Loyalty Program
IPrefer also has a consumer loyalty program that is split into “Insider” members and “Elite” tier members. Anyone can become an Insider immediately with their first booking on the iPrefer website. You can join for free here. There is no physical member card for this scheme. You are just a member online.
To become an Elite member, you must earn 50,000 points within one year of your membership anniversary date. This will immediately move you from Insider to Elite status. These tier benefits will remain in place through your next anniversary date regardless of your activity. You can maintain your status by reaching the same (50,000) or higher points levels during the 12-month period following your anniversary date.
Interestingly, if currently have elite status with another hotel rewards program, the IPrefer Program will offer status matches. You need to contact IPrefer@preferredhotels.com and provide proof of your status at another hotel rewards program.
Insider Benefits
Insider Benefits Include:

Elite Benefits
All of the above benefits plus 15 instead of 10 points earned for every eligible $1 USD spent for stays.
Welcome Amenity (These can range from bottles of wine and artisanal chocolates to resort credits).
Points can be redeemed for Reward Certificates with a minimum reward denomination of $25 USD, which costs 12,500 Points. This means that the value of 1,000 points that you get for spending $100 USD as an Insider member is $2 USD, so you are, in effect, getting a 2% cashback to spend on future stays. If you are an Elite member, you will earn 1,500 points for spending $100 USD, which is worth $3 USD or a 3% cashback.
Revenue-based loyalty schemes like this are difficult to play around with. Unlike reward nights, which enable you to earn at cheaper hotels and spend at more expensive hotels, these types of schemes are very straightforward. That said, if you plan to stay at an iPrefer hotel, this is a nice added bonus.
