Book A Stay

I love when my accommodation seems to match where I’m staying and this is definitely the case with The Natchez in New Orleans. The luxe condos are stylish, trendy and more than a bit funky, just like the Louisiana city which is much loved for its fabulous live music scene, spicy cuisine and cultured spirit.

Location

The Natchez couldn’t be better situated, just steps from the French Quarter in downtown New Orleans. The city, which is located on the Mississippi River near the Gulf of Mexico in the United States, is packed with entertainment and most of it is on your doorstep! Museums, the Convention Center, Aquarium, Riverboat, Casino, the Mall and the shops all lie within a 10-minute walk. You can also find a tantalising selection of cafes, restaurants, galleries, boutiques on the famous Royal Street and Bourbon Street which are also a stone’s throw from The Natchez. Excellent for horse racing fans too, one of Louisiana’s premiere tracks, The Fair Grounds the 3rd oldest horse racing track in the U.S., is just a 15-minute drive away. The nearest airport, Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport, lies 11.8 miles from the condos.

Style & Character

There is a wonderful mix of the old and new and the place is packed with character. The Greek Revival building was built circa 1830 and has been expertly renovated into luxurious and very stylish rental condominiums. The funky interiors feature exposed brick, fabulous lighting, original art, photographs and fiery splashes of red. All the countertops are custom made out of 200+ year old heart pine timbers that were meticulously reclaimed during the restoration.

Service & Facilities

The excellent facilities ensure you are well looked after and well entertained during your stay. There’s a 24-hour Front Desk and Concierge, ample parking nearby, complimentary high speed Wi-Fi, security cameras and keyed access. When you come back from a busy day out in New Orleans, or maybe a busy night at the jazz clubs; hang out and sun bathe on the sun deck, take a dip in the heated saltwater pool or relax in the hot tubs (yes there’s 2, one saltwater and one fresh water). The service is excellent here and you can forget you’re not staying in a 5-star hotel just with extra freedom and flexibility. Extra touches like providing fresh towels and pool towel when required go a long way.

Rooms

There are 5 4-bedroom units, 6 3-bedroom units and a 2-bedroom unit. All are open floor plan and perfect for socialising. Some of the units have balconies (some more than one!), some have direct pool access (or swim in, swim out as they like to call it!) and two of the 3-bedroom units have a private patio with a private hot tub and BBQ pit; discerning guests should request one of these units.

Food & Drink

All the units have fully equipped kitchens and you can also make use of the gourmet BBQ station to cook up a feast. Your kitchen can be fully stocked for you and if you’re wanting to dine at home but fancy someone else doing the hard work, a private chef is available upon request. Alternatively, make the most of the amazing New Orleans nightlife scene; dine out and then see where the night takes you.
