A stunning and award-winning luxury beach resort awaits at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas, where the location is as exceptional as the facilities.
Abu Dhabi is the capital of the United Arab Emirates; a glistening jewel of a place with a skyline rammed with epic skyscrapers, vast shopping megacenters, trendy nightspots and a beautiful Corniche. The vibrant city is also still packed full of cultural districts as well as the vast Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The hotel itself is situated on 5 miles of pure white sand beach on the natural island of Saadiyat, home to the endangered hawksbill turtles. Abu Dhabi International Airport is 25 minutes’ drive away. This fabulous location means that you are close to the manicured green acres of the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club and just minutes away from the Louvre Abu Dhabi and pulsating F1 Yas Marina circuit. Basically the action of Abu Dhabi is at your fingertips but you are also in a relaxing beach paradise so you can enjoy the best of both worlds.
Style & Character
The hotel offers fresh, contemporary styling with floor to ceiling windows and delightful, chic Arabian cultural touches to remind you where you are staying. The open plan bathrooms are a marble treat and have oversized bathtubs and separate rain-showers; a must combo in luxury travel in my book.
Service & Facilities
When you can drag yourself away from the sights and sounds of Abu Dhabi; relax by the two outdoor pools or on the beach itself, book a rejuvenating treatment at the Atarmia Spa and Fitness Centre (while the kids are entertained at the Camp Hyatt kids club of course) or if you’re feeling active there’s a fitness room, outdoor tennis courts or really stretch those legs on the championship 18-hole golf course at the Saadiyat Beach Golf Club designed by Gary Player.
The service expectation in Abu Dhabi is high and happily the standards at Park Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel and Villas more than live up to expectation. The service is welcoming, professional and personal.
Yes, there are beautiful rooms available here, nearly 300 of them in fact, but a stay here really should be in one of the 22 suites or villas; the ultimate for luxury travel they boast private plunge pools, picture perfect views and signature amenities.
Food & Drink
In the restaurants and bars the food and drinks are divine and the surroundings exceptional. Visit the Park Bar & Grill for gourmet charcoal-grilled meats and seafood dishes served from its large and rather wow theatre-style kitchen. Tuck into Mediterranean flavours at The Beach House and feast on those sensational beachside views. Add to this list The Café, The Library and The Park Bar, but it’s the Beach House Rooftop that’s our favourite spot to head to as the sun sets; home of great cocktails, funky tunes and breathtaking views of the Arabian Sea.
