The hotel is set in a 26-hectare park right next to the Nohur Lake, surrounded by the tranquillity of pinewood forests. This sets the tone for your entire experience. The rooms are designed to be calming and the lush garden views certainly tick the box.

This is a state-of-art health 6000m2 wellness facility entirely dedicated to promoting health and wellness. A medical spa if you like, but a beautiful, luxurious one! You are accompanied on your wellness journey by a team of highly qualified European medical professionals. The process starts with a medical check-up and state of art diagnostics to assess your current status of physical wellness in a holistic and systemic method. This targeted approach then leads to your personal customised treatment plan. Your plan can consist of medical treatments, blissful spa treatments, dietary advice and advanced medical aesthetic treatments. There are also a range of standard programmes that you can choose from: target weight-loss, recovery from stress, aging-well and the very popular 3-day and 3-night Active Detox Programme which gives you a short but effective stimulation to the body to detox physically and mentally and to recharge. Facilities include a gym, indoor and outdoor pools, a sauna and steam bath with colour therapy. There is a Metabolic Laboratory for metabolic optimization, a Cryo Chamber at -110° C for whole-body cryotherapy, a Sports Lab for fitness screening, Antigravity technologies and Normobaric Hypoxic (oxygen reduced) training for physical wellness. But it’s the treatments themselves that are the most tempting; even the actual names of some of the treatments make me feel better! There are 72 rooms and 3 spacious villas all with balconies or terraces to make the most of those soothing views. Food & Drink
The restaurant is responsible for helping you detox, but they do this with such delicious, gourmet cuisine so you certainly don’t feel as if you are missing out on anything. There is also a bar that serves teas, juices and a range of smoothies
