Qatar Airways have announced a truly wonderful new business class Qsuite which, at least for the time being, is set to be the best business class seat in the world.
You can experience this astounding product on the Doha – London route this summer onboard Qatar’s Boeing 777-300ER. Rumors suggest that you can snag one of the first trips in this exclusive seat on a flight from Doha to London starting 10th June on QR flights 7 and 8.
I was reminded of this launch by Gary from View From The Wing who pointed out that Qatar has also teased the product on their Qatar Instagram feed.
The QSuite really is a First Class experience in a Business Class cabin and for a Business Class ticket price. The QSuite is a complete suite with a door. It is perfect for families, couples, as well as lone travelers, giving as much or as little privacy as you want, as the wall between the seats can be opened. If you are traveling as a four, the tables will create one big dining table unique to Qatar Airways. Equally, for a couple, the 2 beds are next to each other, so by lowering the wall between the seats, you will have a full double bed.
The food that you will get with the QSuite will also be of excellent First Class quality when compared to other airlines. In addition, pajamas will be supplied from the White Company (one of my favorite suppliers of airline PJs)
If you are traveling by yourself, the window seats are excellent as you can close yourself into your window suite, and you will experience complete privacy.
Get a cheap or free seat by collecting and spending Avios; you can actually book Qatar redemptions through ba.com, as you would a normal BA Avios flight. I have outlined a number of ways to collect Avios.
