Enjoy a 5-night stay for up to 8 guests at Villa Liza with a private pool on popular Hvar Island, Croatia. Stay is valued at up to €1,790 EUR / £1,595 GBP / $2,125 USD*. Please note the winner will be required to separately pay the local Tourism Tax of 10 Croatian Kuna’s (approx. £1.21 GBP / $1.63 USD) per person, per night as well as for all additional purchases including further meals, drinks, excursions, etc. The winner will also be required to pay a refundable €500 EUR (approx. £445 GBP / $595 USD) security deposit.

Villa Liza is a beautiful, luxury villa situated in a tranquil area on Hvar Island in Croatia. Hvar Island is the pearl of the Adriatic and one of the most popular Croatian destinations. As well as being the sunniest island, it boasts clear seas, historical sites, and traditional gastronomy for you to indulge. Hvar is also a great base for visiting other Croatian islands, with daily ferries going to Split, Brac, and much more.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the villa gives you peace and privacy, whilst also conveniently still being located close to the city center and a beautiful beach lies just 70m away.
The homely Villa Liza is made of traditional white Croatian stone with green shutters and light wooden doors. Inside you will find traditional décor and comfortable furnishings as well as modern amenities. The interior is decorated in a homely fashion, making this villa feel like a home away from home. The villa enjoys a living room and fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 4 double bedrooms (for up to 8 guests) three of which have their own contemporary bathrooms. The bedrooms have large, comfortable beds and ample storage space. One of the double bedrooms comes with a shaded balcony area where you can enjoy the scenic views and peaceful surroundings.
The villa’s outdoor terrace area provides plenty of space to soak up the Mediterranean sunshine with deck chairs and a modest swimming pool that illuminates at night. The pool area is surrounded by trees for ultimate privacy and there is a shaded dining area for al fresco dining.
Onsite staff will be able to answer any questions as well as recommend any local excursions.
Further amenities include a BBQ, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, TV, hi-fi, DVD player, wifi internet, converter AC – heating in all rooms, parking, garden, and terrace.

This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange and pay for your own flights / transportation to and from your home to Villa Liza, Hvar Island, Croatia to coincide with your booking. Your stay is subject to availability, must be booked in advance and taken 04 to 31 October 2021 only.
