No cash alternative is available. Voucher is valid for 6 months and the winner and their guests must be 18 or over. Winners must pay for their auction item in full via Paypal within 48 hours of the auction end, otherwise Luxury Travel Diary Ltd. reserves the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder with immediate effect.
*How to use PlanetPass Voucher: after winning your auction you will be sent a voucher via email. The voucher is to be redeemed while booking the tour using the PlanetPass App. After redeeming the voucher the price will be recalculated applying a 99% discount. The booking procedure does not allow placing the order without payment transaction, so you will need to enter your bank card details. When the booking is placed, 1 GBP will be held on your bank account until the end of the tour. Right after the tour completion the 1 GBP funds will be revealed and will be available on your bank account again.
