Cortijo El Sarmiento is an adults only, luxury bed and breakfast that lies directly at the foot of the Sierra Cabrera near the idyllic coastal town of Mojácar in Andalusia. Here, you can immerse yourself in the absolute tranquillity and nature surrounding this beautiful boutique hotel, or just 10 minutes away you can discover the Costa de Almería and the Andalusian Mediterranean coast, known for its picturesque sandy beaches.

This charming country hotel features a large, heated pool (open all year round) with sun terrace; patio surrounded by olive trees and geraniums; gourmet kitchen and (well stocked!) wine fridge, bijou SPA with Sauna and if you need a little more pampering, you can always book a massage, facial or body treatment.

In terms of dining the gourmet kitchen creates Spanish delicacies that will make your heart beat faster. From delicious breakfasts with a large selection of local produce and homemade jams to tantalizing evening dinners with matching Andalusian wines, there’s truly something to suit every palate.

In addition to the gourmet kitchen, there is a cosy eating area with lounge and ‘Honesty bar’ and comfortable patio with views of the Sierra Cabrera. On warm summer days, the pool provides the perfect refreshment and on cooler days, the typical Spanish wooden fireplace in the lounge offers quiet time with novels, guidebooks and literature about Andalusia.

This bed and breakfast features 7 individually furnished double rooms; each with a huge shower, comfortable king size bed (180 x 200cm) and a safe. Every guest room has air conditioning and central heating as well as a separate sitting area on the patio, hairdryers and bath towels for the pool or beach are provided and wifi is available throughout.
