Courtesy of Calypso Cruises, this auction is for a Mount Athos Cruise for 2 guests from Ouranoupolis, to view monasteries perched on almost unreachable rocks and peaks, whilst marveling at the Aegean Sea. Cruise includes: free return transfer from any hotel within 20km of Ouranoupolis. This cruise for 2 people is valued at €40 EUR / £35 GBP / $47 USD*. Please note all additional purchases including snacks, drinks, souvenirs etc. must be paid for by the winner separately.

Their cruises take place on ‘Calypso’, a new luxury cruise boat with 140 seats that sails on the waters surrounding the beautiful island of Halkidiki and Mount Athos, casting anchor at some beautiful locations. The boat is divided into the upper deck, the inner living room and the outdoor lounge, all of which are ideal for individuals and groups.

This auction is for a cruise to Mount Athos, which feels like a visit to the sky! Mount Athos itself is one of the most popular cruising destinations in Greece and attracts many visitors from around the globe every summer. Feel the spiritual aura and admire the natural beauty of this primal, seductive place and give yourself a unique experience that you will always remember. This cruise will allow you to enjoy a journey back in time. Imposing Byzantine monasteries perched on almost unreachable rocks and peaks, marvelling at the Aegean Sea.

During your cruise there will be enough time to drink a cold refreshment or a glass of ouzo with Greek appetizers (for a fee), to do your shopping onboard, to visit our boat’s bridge and take photos of yourselves with the Captain or just to enjoy the free wifi network. In the main deck of the boat, as well as the bar for drinks, cold food and coffees, there is also a small art shop where you can buy original souvenirs from Mount Athos for very competitive prices.
