Unlike our other auction prizes which can be used over a large selection of dates, this Gala Dinner can ONLY be taken on the evening of Saturday 29th October 2016.

This Gala Dinner is part of our Luxury Hyatt Event being held at the 5-star Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill, located behind Selfridges. The winner of this auction will enjoy an exclusive dinner for two worth £200 including a welcome Pol Roger Champagne Reception and a set 3-course dinner including half a bottle of wine per person. Attendees will also receive a Deluxe Goody Bag and the opportunity to bid for some exciting travel items in our Charity Auction. Menu options are as follows and need to be advised by 15th October:

Starters (choose one per person)
Three ways cooked salmon, beetroot poached, confit and smoked salmon, wasabi pea puree, pickled cucumber and caperberries, cream cheese, lemon crisp
Grilled asparagus .sautéed chestnut mushrooms, poached eggs, heirloom tomatoes and mixed herb vinaigrette, goat cheese mouse ,walnut crisp [v]
Smoked duck, grilled peaches, radicchio and aged balsamic

Main course (choose one per person)
Duo of lamb, rump and chop, herbed turned potatoes, sautéed spinach, port jus
Herb Marinated roasted cod, tomato fondue, creamy vegetable fregola, lemon beurre blanc
Carrot and broad bean risotto, beer battered courgette flower, paprika oil

Desserts (choose one per person)
Caramelized Lemon Tart with Raspberry and Mascarpone Cream
Warm Chocolate Fondant with Baileys Ice Cream and Seasonal Mixed Berry Compote

This event is limited to 50 places and if you do not win this auction prize you can still attend by joining our Luxury Hyatt Event and booking a stay at the Hyatt Churchill on the 29th October 2016 (attendees staying for 2 nights get free entry to the gala dinner and a guaranteed prize of a luxury hotel stay).

Terms & Conditions: Luxury Travel Diary terms and conditions apply. This prize is valued at £300 (£200 for the Gala Dinner including wine and 2 x £50 Goody Bags). The winner of the Gala Dinner does not need to be attending our Luxury Hyatt Event to participate in the Gala Dinner but must attend the Gala Dinner on 29th October 2016. No cash alternative is available. This auction item excludes all transport – you will need to arrange your own transportation to and from your home to Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill to coincide with the Gala Dinner. Your meal choices must be confirmed by 15 October 2016 ready for your Gala Dinner on the 29th October 2016. Winners must pay for their auction item in full via Paypal within 48 hours of the auction end, otherwise Luxury Travel Diary Ltd. reserves the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder with immediate effect
