The DFDS Dover to Calais ferry route operates up to 30 daily sailings between England and France. Thanks to the addition of 2 new ships on this route, it’s more convenient than ever to take the 1 hour 30 minute hop across the channel.

There are no baggage restrictions, so you don’t need to worry about how much you pack and travelling with your car makes everything much more comfortable and stress-free.

With regular daily departures, the modern vessels are packed with excellent facilities to ensure you have an enjoyable crossing.

Onboard you can stay connected with free, fast wifi and visit the onboard shop, with everything from confectionery, to perfumes and souvenirs. Kids will love the Pirates’ Island play area and of course you can head onto the deck for fresh air and ship spotting!

There are multiple places to eat onboard including The 7 Seas Restaurant which offers great meals for adults and children, as well as a delicious breakfast, while the new Horizon café offers pizza, pasta, salad and a choice of freshly made, well-balanced meals, with vegetarian and gluten free options available as well as great options for families. Alternatively, the comfortable and modern Lighthouse Café serves a range of hot and cold drinks as well as a range of alcoholic beverages and a selection of light snacks.

No cash alternative is available. This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange your own flights / transportation to and from your home to the Port of Dover to coincide with your ferry crossing booking. Your return ferry crossing is subject to availability, must be booked in advance and taken between 01 October 2019 and 30 September 2020. Please note any associated taxes / entrance fees etc. and all additional purchases will be collected from the winner by the relevant company at the time of booking your cruise or on departure and will not be deducted from the amount bid for the item.
