Just over an hour north of Rome, near Spoleto, in the medieval village of Eggi, lies the stunning 17th century Villa Campo Verde with breath-taking views, private garden, orchard, an enclosed courtyard to the east and a split-level terrazzo overlooking the pool to the west.

This beautiful home-away-from-home can host up to 20 guests wishing to discover the pleasures and treasures of Umbria in an authentic environment. The villa features 10 bedrooms, 7 of which are suites, 9 bathrooms and a large modern kitchen with preparation area and cool store rooms. There is also a traditional Umbrian ‘alla brace’ cooking fireplace inside and a BBQ outside, as well as 3 reception rooms, dining room, private pool and secure parking inside the gates for 8 to 10 cars – what more could you need?

The Villa Campo Verde team can design you a bespoke holiday experience perfect for family or friends wishing to celebrate, rejuvenate, or to take part in many of the activities they can offer you. Please note that this is self-catering stay, although catering can be provided at an extra cost.
