The island offers a rich choice of accommodation as well as boat rentals, car rentals, organised transfers by speed boats and road transport in cars and vans. Residents of the island have been fishing as their main source of nutrition since the beginning of time. So, whether it’s traditional fishing or big game fishing, fishing on the hook, netting or the like there is a fishing experience for both beginners and experts alike.

The winner and their guests will be staying at the beautiful Villa Anita located near the sea with a private infinity pool. Surrounded by carefully landscaped Mediterranean gardens, this property is child friendly, has secured access for people with poor mobility and consists of three separate apartments, making it ideal for several families holidaying together.

Villa Anita itself is nestled in the beautiful bay of Gradina near Vela Luka on the island of Korcula, just 30 meters from the sea and 5 km from the centre of Vela Luka. The villa enjoys a quiet and somewhat isolated position, 100m from the road, which makes it comfortable for your vacation and protects your privacy.

Villa Anita consists of two residential buildings containing a total of 3 apartments. The main residential part is divided into two floors; ground floor and first floor and there is a second smaller detached single-storey building. Villa Anita offers 5 bedrooms, making the total number of beds 10+3 along with 3 bathrooms and 2 toilets.

The ground floor of the main residential part of the villa is an apartment of 80sqm. The apartment consists of open plan space containing the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa (that can serve as an extra bed for one person). The living area is separated by a large glass wall with a pleasant terrace equipped with outdoor furniture and a view of the sea. There are also two comfortable bedrooms with queen bed, one of which has a separate toilet and balcony. There is also a bathroom with shower. The apartment has another terrace which is located on its outer side, and is equipped with outdoor furniture and grill.

The second floor of the main residential part of the villa is another apartment of 80sqm. The apartment again consists of an open plan fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living room and there is a balcony and terrace with outdoor furniture and sea views. On this floor, you will also find two bedrooms: one bedroom is designed in a Mediterranean style and has a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom is equipped with modern furniture and a queen bed. On this floor, there is also a separate modern bathroom with shower.

The second part of Villa Anita features another modern 40m2 apartment. Inside there is a bedroom with a queen bed and a modern bathroom with shower; kitchen with table and chairs and a living area with a sofa (that can serve as an extra bed for 1 person) as well as a covered furnished balcony. The apartment has another terrace which is located on its outer side with further outdoor furniture, outdoor shower and grill.

Outside you will find the 32m2 outdoor pool area surrounded by comfortable chairs, umbrellas and an outdoor shower. Only a few steps away from the property, you will reach partly pebbly beach with concrete plateau equipped with sun lounges from which you can enjoy the crystal clear blue sea.

Villa Anita is air-conditioned and equipped with additional fans (2), satellite LCD TV (3), DVDs (3) a CD player (1). The villa has fully equipped kitchens, each with an oven, stove, hood, refrigerator, freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and an espresso coffee machine.
