The villa enjoys an elevated position with sea views and features ultra modern furnishings throughout, a huge pool and second large child pool, private tennis court, table-tennis and pool table and it is in walking distance of the beach and local restaurants. Please note that pool heating is charged separately at £250 per week.

This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange your own flights/transportation to and from your home to Villa Quinta Sao Francisco in Sao Rafael in the Algarve, Portugal to coincide with your booking. Your booking and stay are subject to availability and your booking must be made by 31st October 2016 for a stay in April, May or October 2016 or April, May or October 2017, excluding Easter and May half term school holidays. Note: There is potential that the school holidays mentioned are available for a supplement on request. Please note that pool heating is charged separately at £250 per week. Winners must pay for their auction item in full via Paypal within 48 hours of the auction end, otherwise Luxury Travel Diary Ltd. reserves the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder with immediate effect.
