Enjoy a 7 night stay for up to 6 guests at The Carib House, a beautiful 5 bedroom Caribbean Villa on Turtle Bay, Falmouth in Antigua, in the West Indies. Stay includes: return airport transfers, daily maid service, all taxes and concierge services. Stay is valued at approximately $4,200 USD / £2,995 GBP* (Please note the winner and their guests can pay a non-compulsory tip for the maid and driver).
The winner will be required to complete, sign and return a standard booking form and pay a $1,500 USD (approx. £1,070 GBP) damage deposit in cash or via PayPal. Note: additional persons can be added up to a maximum of 10 and will be charged at $100 USD (approx. £72 GBP) per person, per night and additional nights can be negotiated separately but usually costs around $1,000 USD (approx. £714 GBP) per night for a maximum of 10 people.
A pre-provisioning service can be provided for a fee and additional staff can be arranged (where required, such as a chef or babysitter), and the team is more than happy to recommend car rental places and provide advice on activities to do while in Antigua.

Antigua is one of the two major islands that make up the Caribbean nation of Antigua and Barbuda. Ringed with coral reefs, the island is known for its many sandy beaches: over 365 in fact, one for each day of the year! Whilst visiting Antigua there’s plenty to do, including: boat excursions, boat rentals, spa treatments, cricket, diving, golf, horse riding, fishing, kayaking, kite surfing, sailing, swimming with stingrays, tennis and squash, buggy and other tours, windsurfing, yoga, ziplining, paintballing, shooting and more…
The winner and their guests will be staying at the beautiful Carib House, an airy and luxurious Caribbean colonial style villa which can accommodate groups of up to 10 guests. Situated on the beautiful south coast of Antigua, close to the entrance of Falmouth Harbour and only 5 minutes from the main road, this villa is the perfect base from which to discover this beautiful isle.
Guests can unwind in this 9,000 square foot property, surrounded by 2 acres of lush, tropical, secluded gardens. There is also a private terrace patio and a large swimming pool and at the foot of the garden lies the stunning Turtle Bay Beach, a wonderfully remote beach surrounded by a reef that protects it, making it ideal for paddling, snorkelling and beach combing. The beach enjoys views out to both Montserrat and Guadeloupe and is ideal for early morning or evening strolls with a beverage in hand, while children will love collecting the shells and pebbles.
The villa features over 4,000 square feet of open living space to relax in, including the luxurious and comfortable master bedroom which is furnished with a large king size bed, large wicker chairs and ceiling fan. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring natural stone double showers, a dressing room, and its own balcony offering spectacular views. Air-conditioning has also been installed to add to your comfort. The rest of the villa comprises of equally luxurious and comfortable bedrooms (which can be made up with king beds or twin beds), as well as a very spacious open-plan sitting, dining and entertaining area adjoining the kitchen, complete with games area with pool table. During your stay, massages, spa treatments, meals and more can be arranged to suit any need and occasion.

Luxury Travel Diary terms and conditions apply. *This auction item is valued at approximately $4,200 USD by The Carib House, Turtle Bay, Falmouth, Antigua, West Indies – please note this valuation is the list price provided to Luxury Travel Diary by the Auction Prize Provider and should be used as a guide only as cheaper discounted rates may be available. No cash alternative is available. This auction item excludes flights and transport (except for the return airport transfers mentioned above) – you will need to arrange your own flights / transportation to and from your home to The Carib House, Turtle Bay, Falmouth, Antigua, West Indies to coincide with your booking. Your stay is subject to availability, must be booked in advance and taken between 21 July to 30 November 2018. Please note the winner and their guests can pay a non compulsory tip for the maid and driver. Note: If the winner and their guests exceed the power usage of 100kwh/day, there is a payment of $1 USD per kwh over this amount, which is usually taken from their security deposit. Please note any associated taxes / resort fees / entrance fees etc. will be collected from the winner by the relevant property at the time of booking your stay or on departure and will not be deducted from the amount bid for the item. Winners must pay for their auction item in full via PayPal within 48 hours of the auction end, otherwise Luxury Travel Diary Ltd. reserves the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder with immediate effect. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luxury Travel Diary will not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of the winners’ use or enjoyment of the prize; and the winner acknowledges that Luxury Travel Diary accepts no responsibility whether directly or indirectly for any claims whatsoever arising in respect of the prizes provided by third party providers or sponsors.
