You will be staying in the Luxury Baan Chatmanee Villa in Jomtien in Pattaya. Your villa is situated in a secure development, 1000m from Jomtien Beach and just a 5-minute drive to shops, bars and restaurants. The villa has a contemporary, modern design with beautiful wooden handmade furnishings as well as a large garden, 45 square metre private swimming pool (with a 60 cm deep separate children’s pool), sun loungers, terrace with a table and seating for 10 people, brick BBQ unit and a stunning wooden Thai Relaxation Sala with ceiling fans and comfortable seating at the poolside. Inside the villa there is a large open plan living space and lounge area with beautiful modern paintings on the walls, a large leather sofa, 55-inch flat-screen TV with international channels, a surround sound music system, pool table and fully equipped kitchen and dining area with table for up to 10. There are 5 bedrooms in total, all of which have ensuite bathrooms, double beds, televisions and air-conditioning. The Master Bedroom is a family room with an additional sofa bed for 2 children and an ensuite which features a beautiful, brand new Jacuzzi bathtub.
