This beautiful two-bedroom property sits within a gated residential enclave just a 5-minute drive from the peaceful sands of Maenam beach offering you a chic, private hideaway. Your open-plan villa features 2 ensuite bedrooms, a living area with a flat screen TV and DVD player (and there’s wifi throughout the house), a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and outside you can relax in your very own 12m private pool, on the pool deck or in the gardens. Your stay includes a daily continental breakfast, daily service, all linen & towels and all utilities. Please note the winner must pay a USD$200 refundable security deposit.

This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange your own flights / transportation to and from your home to Villa Koru, Koh Samui, Thailand to coincide with your booking. Your stay is subject to availability, must be booked before 30 October 2016 for a stay before 30 June 2017, excluding stays between 22 December – 03 January and 14 – 24 April. Please note the winner must pay a USD$200 refundable security deposit.
