Located on the Sierra Star Golf Course, 22 Solstice is a well-kept and beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom property with amenities that are truly second to none. The property lies nestled in the forest along the 16th fairway with views of the Sherwin Mountains.
This luxury condo provides the perfect location to enjoy the great outdoors and all the activities that it can offer including skiing, snowboarding, dog sledging, snowmobiling, golfing, hiking, fishing and dirt and mountain biking.
Renovated in 2017 and beautifully maintained, this property includes granite counters, a gas fireplace, fabulous appliances, washer/dryer, a well-appointed and well-stocked kitchen, radiant heating in the floors, scenic outdoor spa Jacuzzi, and private deck with patio dining seating for 4 which offers panoramic views of the Sierra Star golf course and the Sherwin Mountains. There is also a secure underground parking garage for guests to use.
The property offers a comfortable queen bed in the master bedroom, along with an ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV. Bedroom 2 provides a comfy double bed and single bunk, again with an ensuite bathroom and flat screen TV. The property also boasts complimentary high speed wifi and cable TV including sports, news and premium movie channels as well as a Blue Ray DVD player and bluetooth sound system.

Your stay is subject to availability, must be booked in advance and taken between 28 September – 15 November 2017 or 01 May – 30 June 2018, excluding stays over Memorial Day Weekend 2018. Please note the winner will need to pay a $250 USD Security Deposit.
