You will be staying in one of their beautiful one-bedroom villas which offers all the benefits of a world class hotel combined with all the comforts of a small luxury villa. Your 700 sq.ft. luxury villa will comfortably sleep 3 people and enjoys a separate bedroom with a king-size bed and top of the range orthopaedic mattress; living area with a sleeper-sofa-bed; fully equipped kitchen; luxury bathroom featuring marble counter tops and rain-shower; private outdoor terrace and all modern furniture and amenities including cable TV, wifi, safe and air-conditioning. Please note the Nautilus Boutique Hotel requires the winner to pay a USD$100 deposit on arrival.

No cash alternative is available. This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange your own flights / transportation to and from your home to Nautilus Boutique Hotel, Santa Teresa, Costa Rica to coincide with your booking. Your stay is subject to availability, must be booked in advance and taken in May, June, September or October 2017. Please note the Nautilus Boutique Hotel requires the winner to pay a USD$100 deposit on arrival. Winners must pay for their auction item in full via Paypal within 48 hours of the auction end, otherwise Luxury Travel Diary Ltd. reserves the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder with immediate effect.
