This beautiful home-away-from-home will more than comfortably host you and up to 15 guests wishing to discover the pleasures and treasures of Umbria in an authentic environment. The villa features 10 bedrooms, 7 of which are suites, 9 bathrooms, a large modern kitchen with preparation area and cool store rooms, a traditional Umbrian ‘alla brace’ cooking fireplace inside and a BBQ outside, as well as 3 reception rooms, dining room, private pool and secure parking inside the gates for 8 to 10 cars – what more could you need? The Villa Campo Verde team can design you a bespoke holiday experience perfect for family or friends wishing to celebrate, rejuvenate, or to take part in many of the activities they can offer you. This is a self-catering property, although catering can be provided at an extra cost. Please note the winner must pay a EUR€750 (approx. GBP£640 / USD$850) refundable deposit and will also be required to pay for cleaning after their stay which will cost: 100€ (approx. GBP£85 / USD$112) for up to 4 guests, 200€ (approx. GBP£170 / USD$224) for up to 10 guests and 350€ (approx. GBP£300 / USD$390) for more than 10 guests.

Regarding the recent earthquake and after-shocks in Umbria please rest assured that this property renovation was relatively recent and the architects made sure that everything needed to withstand such events was factored into the equation.
