This auction is for the amazing and unique opportunity for 2 guests to attend a 4-day, 3-night food photography and cookery course with Bulgarian celebrity chef and judge on Hell’s Kitchen: Vladimir Todorov, and award winning photographer and author: ilian iliev. The winner will be staying in a twin or double room with shared bathroom at a beautiful French farmhouse in the pretty village of Le Mazeau, near La Rochelle in France. Stay includes: transfers to and from La Rochelle or Nantes Airport (Big In France will inform you which flights to be on) all food and drink consumed at villa, excursions and photography and cookery lessons with Ilian and Vladimir, valued at approximately £1,000 GBP / $1,425 USD*. You will be staying in a beautiful riverside farmhouse situated in the Marais Poitevin where you will attend cookery classes hosted by Bulgarian celebrity chef and judge on Hell’s Kitchen: Vladimir Todorov, and award winning photographer and author: ilian iliev.

The prize includes accommodation in a twin or double room with shared bathroom, transfers to and from La Rochelle or Nantes airport, all food and drink consumed at the villa, excursions and of course, masterclasses with Ilian and Vlady!

You will cook, shoot and eat, you will study how to cook special dishes, some styling tricks and how to create amazing food pictures.

With your own camera or mobile phone during the course you will acquire essential skills, such as working with natural light, styling and propping, composition, postproduction editing and much more. You will learn how to see the light and food differently and develop your own style.

This course offers a unique chance to learn food photography from Ilian, award winning food photographer and stylist. He has over 30 years’ experience working in editorial and commercial projects specializing in food styling and photography

Situated in the Marais Poitevin, this beautiful house is simply stunning and full of rustic charm with 8 guest bedrooms, Sky TV and wifi, and outside you will find a renovated eating area with a pizza-oven, BBQ, and two handmade wooden tables each seating 18+ overlooking the pool, gardens and river, perfect for a get-together. There is also a heated swimming pool with a bespoke seating area built alongside for relaxing in the sunshine. The property has been renovated to a very high standard with a well equipped, beautiful kitchen, an exceptionally large sitting room area and an outdoor decked area.

The house is set in a peaceful location with amazing grounds which lead down to one of the many rivers that are in the area, making it the perfect place for a well-deserved break.

A bespoke outdoor kitchen has been designed and built for you to enjoy your cookery lessons outside, with the possibility of cooking on open wood fires for an authentic flavor.
