The boutique hotel of Quinta dos Perfumes is located in the Eastern Algarve of Portugal, near the town of Tavira and forms part of the Natural Park of Ria Formosa. The hotel lies approximately 10 minutes’ walk from the towns of Conceição and Cabanas de Tavira and there are also three golf courses nearby.
This beautiful Algarve hotel sits within a 36-acre farm which features a large citrus orchard and other smaller arbutus, lemon walnut, fig and carob orchards. The name Quinta dos Perfumes was given because in the sixties the area was dedicated to the planting of mallows and there was a factory that distilled mallow flowers to obtain essences for the manufacture of perfumes.
Quinta dos Perfumes opened its doors in December 2013 and it has been a popular destination ever since. The hotel is made up of two separate buildings which contain luxury guestrooms and studios, some with private terraces and sea and mountain views. The hotel features a rooftop terrace, lawned garden, kitchen, breakfast and dining room, living room with fireplace and TV, reading space, new reception and a beautiful saltwater swimming pool set in the middle of an orange grove.
The rooms have a contemporary but cosy style with Nordic notes. All rooms are modern, engaging and bright with views of the sea or gardens.
The winner will be staying in a Standard Room with air-conditioning, armchair, flat screen TV and private bathroom with bathrobes, complimentary amenities and a hairdryer.

This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange your own flights / transportation to and from your home to Quinta dos Perfumes, Conceição de Tavira, Tavira, Portugal to coincide with your booking. Your stay is subject to availability, must be booked in advance and taken between 01 April – 31 May or 01 October – 30 November 2018 only. Winners must pay for their auction item in full via Paypal within 48 hours of the auction end, otherwise Luxury Travel Diary Ltd. reserves the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder with immediate effect.
