Courtesy of London Lifestyle Apartments, enjoy a 3-night weekday stay (Sun – Thurs) for up to 7 guests at The Elvaston Elegance, a 3-Bedroom Luxury Apartment on Elvaston Place in the very upmarket district of South Kensington in London, valued at approximately £1,125 GBP*.

Prize stay dates: to be booked in advance and taken on a week night (Sunday to Thursday) in November 2017 or January, February or March 2018, excluding stays 01 – 06 January, 4 – 18 February and 12-31 March, subject to availability and at the discretion of London Lifestyle Apartments.

Their apartments lie in Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea and South Kensington – some of central London’s most fashionable places to live with excellent shopping, sightseeing and entertainment close by as well as superb access to underground and bus routes to other parts of central London.

The winner will be staying in The Elvaston Elegance, a spacious 3-Bedroom, 2-Bathroom Penthouse apartment in an amazing location in South Kensington, London. It lies just 4 minutes’ walk from Gloucester Road station, very close to most of London’s main museums and moments from Cromwell Road, which leads to Knightsbridge. The apartment is situated on an elegant Georgian terrace in beautiful South Kensington – one of the most select residential areas of central London.

Live like a local and enjoy full independence in this very large 124sqm., well-equipped luxurious apartment. The entrance to the building brings you into a Ground Floor Lobby with a small lift, which goes directly into the lower level of your apartment on the 4th floor. On this level, you’ll find a very spacious Lounge and Dining area with ample space for a family of 6-8 to socialise. The entire apartment is quite recently furnished and the Lounge has a very large ‘L’ shaped sofa, comfortable chair, coffee table, dining table for 6, flat screen TV and Freeview channels.
The lounge leads through to the very modern, spacious kitchen which is very well equipped with a 4-ring gas hob, oven, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster and kettle. There is a washer/dryer in a cupboard in the hallway. A range of saucepans are provided along with all of the crockery, cutlery and glasses that you may need for your stay. The kitchen also has a balcony which overlooks Petersham Mews at the rear and there is an additional toilet on the 4th floor.

All of the bedrooms are particularly bright and welcoming; they are located on the upper level (5th floor) which is reached via an attractive spiral staircase. The bright, spacious master bedroom has a comfortable King Size Bed and looks out over a narrow terrace. Its very large ensuite bathroom has a bath tub with rain shower over, wash hand basin and WC. The second bedroom has a Queen size bed, good built-in wardrobe space and floor to ceiling windows with doors leading out onto an entirely private terrace, which is shared with the Third Bedroom. The third bedroom also has a Queen size bed and wardrobe with floor to ceiling windows and a door out onto the terrace. A spacious bathroom is shared between the second and third bedroom and has a bathtub, shower, wash hand basin and WC. All beds enjoy luxurious Egyptian Cotton Sheets and a quality floor mattress can be provided, with sheets and blanket, for a 7th guest. High-quality towels are also provided.

Finally, there is free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment and housekeeping is included on a weekly basis.

Please note the winner will be required to pay a £500 GBP security deposit which will need to be pre-authorised on a credit card before check-in (released back automatically by the card company soon after check-out unless claimed against for damages).

This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange your own flights / transportation to and from your home to The Elvaston Elegance, 41 Elvaston Place, South Kensington, London SW7 5NP, England to coincide with your booking. Your stay is subject to availability and at the discretion of London Lifestyle Apartments, it must be booked in advance and taken on a week night (Sunday to Thursday) in November 2017 or January, February or March 2018, excluding stays 01 – 06 January, 4- 18 February and 12 – 31 March. Please note the winner will be required to pay a £500 GBP security deposit which will need to be pre-authorised on a credit card before check-in (released back automatically by the card company soon after check-out unless claimed against for damages). Winners must pay for their auction item in full via Paypal within 48 hours of the auction end, otherwise Luxury Travel Diary Ltd. reserves the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder with immediate effect.
