You will be staying at the stunning Oke Beach House, which was built to make the most of the breath taking surrounding views and the Northland sunshine that the beautiful Bay of Islands enjoys. The house is blessed with spectacular views of Hauai Bay and Oke Bay, making it the perfect holiday retreat or luxury family holiday hideaway. This property is an entertainers delight all based around the very large open plan living area that opens on to expansive decks on both sides of the house, which means that dining can be enjoyed inside or outside depending on the occasion. The first floor features 4 generous master suites with wardrobes and ensuites with full wet wall walk in showers, toilets, vanities and heated towel rails; a huge indoor-outdoor living space with fully equipped kitchen and large outdoor decks. The ground floor features 2 further bunk bedrooms, bathrooms, smaller living area, laundry, and garage. During your stay you will enjoy the benefits of Sky TV, wireless broadband, multiple TV’s, a home theatre, music docking station as well as the BBQ area and outdoor log fire. The house offers easy access to two fantastic beaches, (Hauai Bay 3 mins walk & Oke Bay 5 mins walk) which are both sheltered bays that are great for swimming, fishing and rock hopping. Please note the winner will be required to pay a security deposit of NZD$1,000 (approx. GBP£560 / USD$750).

No cash alternative is available. This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange your own flights / transportation to and from your home to Oke Beach House, Bay of Islands, New Zealand to coincide with your booking. Your stay is subject to availability, must be booked in advance and taken within 12 months of auction end. Please note the winner will be required to pay a security deposit of NZD$1,000 (approx. GBP£560 / USD$750). Winners must pay for their auction item in full via Paypal within 48 hours of the auction end, otherwise Luxury Travel Diary Ltd. reserves the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder with immediate effect.
