The Natchez is a seriously luxurious centrally located 5 star vacation rental that lies steps from the French Quarter in downtown New Orleans. Museums, the Convention Center, Aquarium, Riverboat, Casino, Mall and shops all lie within 10 minutes’ walk from the property. Great cafes, restaurants, galleries, boutiques and more can be found on the famous Royal Street and Bourbon Street which lie just a short walk away!

The Natchez was built circa 1830 and has been beautifully renovated into luxury rental condominiums. The property boasts a 24 hour Front Desk and Concierge, ample parking nearby, free high speed wifi throughout the property, heated saltwater pool and hot tub, plus a fresh water hot tub, sun deck and cabanas with outdoor furniture, gourmet BBQ station, elevator access to all floors and a grocery shopping and stocking service and private chef available upon request (additional fees apply). The pool and grotto are accessible all year long and the pool and hot tubs are always heated in the winter months.

All units have fully equipped kitchens: dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware, washers and dryers. All linens are provided, replacements and extras are available upon request and pool towels are also available.

The winner and their guests will be staying in Suite 1103: a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom suite with full kitchen, living room, washer and dryer. The suite offers high style with ample original art, photographs, and richly appointed furnishings. All countertops at The Natchez are custom made out of 200+ year old heart pine timbers that were meticulously reclaimed during the renovation and restoration of this historic Greek Revival building. You can rest well knowing that you are safe and sound in this very private and secure property with security cameras and keyed access. During your stay you can sun bathe on the sun deck, watch TV while relaxing in a cabana, take a midday or night time dip in the swimming pool or lounge in the grotto all without leaving the property and of course New Orleans itself offers much more besides!
