The villa lies close to the airport, just 10 minutes away from the Port of Naxos and 5 minutes from the town centre by car, plus the island’s beaches lie just a few minutes away.

Privately owned, Villa Pari Manda has been built in the local Cycladic style, perfect for those seeking tranquillity whilst still maintaining easy access to the centre and the happenings on the island. Facing the west coast of the island, the villa offers breath-taking views of the sea up to the south west coast and the islands of Paros, Ios and Sikinos.

The exceptionally luxurious Villa Pari Manda is a 390 sqm. private villa, inside which you’ll enjoy Naxian luxury mixed with deluxe furnishings spread over 3 floors. The fluid open-plan living spaces overlook beautiful landscapes and feature luxury leather and corner sofas, coffee tables, fireplaces, beautiful artworks as well as satellite TV and cable TV (pay on demand) and a Hi-Fi audio system. There are 4 luxurious bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (one with Jacuzzi) and a further 2 rustic country-style kitchens with dining tables. The fully equipped kitchens feature dishwashers, coffee makers, microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, washing machine and an iron and ironing board as well as all the crockery and cutlery you should need.

The villa itself is set amidst vibrant gardens which surround a swimming pool with hydromassage, sun loungers, parasols and private pergolas. There are 260sqm. of outdoor terraces to enjoy as well as 2 BBQ areas, all of which enjoy magnificent coastal and sea views.

The villa also offers free Wi-Fi throughout, air-conditioning, heating, a daily maid and there is private parking for more than 5 cars.
