Enjoy a 3-night stay in November 2016 for up to 4 guests staying in a luxury 3-bedroom villa at Baan Luxor in Koh Samui, Thailand including free transfers to and from Koh Samui Airport and free wifi worth approximately USD$750 / GBP£540.
You will be staying in one of Baan Luxor’s 3 luxury, modern villas which have been designed with a touch of ancient Egyptian mystique. Your beautiful villa offers approximately 160 sqm. of living space with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a cloakroom, full-size European kitchen and two plant-filled atriums which create the perfect outdoor/indoor living spaces. Your villa will also benefit from a private Jacuzzi and daybed on the master bedroom terrace, LCD TV’s and a shared salt water 12x6m swimming pool with waterfall right outside your door. Please note: a security deposit of USD$300 is required with this prize which will be returned on the morning of your departure after inspecting your villa; and should you wish to bring up to 2 extra guests there is a USD$25 charge per person per night. Please note this prize can only be taken in November 2016.

No cash alternative is available. This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange your own flights / transportation to and from your home to Koh Samui Airport to coincide with your booking. Your stay is subject to availability, must be booked in advance and taken in November 2016 only. Please note: a security deposit of USD$300 is required with this prize which will be returned on the morning of your departure after inspecting your villa; and should you wish to bring up to 2 extra guests there is a USD$25 charge per person per night.
