The winner of this auction will be staying in an extra-large, 2,000 sqft. oceanfront penthouse condo, situated on the southernmost tip of the Mission Beach peninsula with both the Pacific Ocean and jetty at your front door, as well as sweeping views of Mission Bay on the other side.

This amazing penthouse in South Mission Beach has a great location: just far enough removed from the craziness of the boardwalk, but only a few minutes’ walk to the ocean, with the beach coming right up to the front of the house. From this property, there is easy access to parks, playgrounds, basketball courts, volleyball courts, the boardwalk and Sea World is only a 5-minute drive away.

The condo is a four-bedroom single-story property on the top floor of the building, which has elevator and stair access. There are two reserved parking spots in the secure underground garage and linens, bath towels, and beach towels are all included. The property also features high speed wireless internet.

Inside, there is a kitchen with all crockery, utensils, cookware, and appliances you should need; a washer and dryer; and a living room which features a large flat screen TV and digital cable as well as a balcony with a propane powered BBQ.

Three of the bedrooms have king beds and the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds: one is a twin-over-twin, the other is a twin-over-full. There are also 2 queen-size plush air mattresses available as well as a twin-sized cot. The condo sleeps 12 comfortably.

Please note the winner must pay a $500 USD refundable security deposit at check-in or earlier and must sign a rental agreement with Dana Horne Realty promising to obey property rules. Minimum age of 25 of responsible party.
