Courtesy of London Lifestyle Apartments, enjoy a 2-night weekday stay (Sun – Thurs) for up to 5 guests in The Lyall Elegance Luxurious 2-Bedroom Apartment on Lyall Street in the very upmarket Belgravia district of London, valued at approximately £800 GBP*.

Prize stay dates: to be booked in advance and taken on a week night (Sunday to Thursday) in November 2017 or January, February or March 2018, excluding stays 01 – 06 January, 4 – 18 February and 12-31 March, subject to availability and at the discretion of London Lifestyle Apartments.

London Lifestyle Apartments offers you the chance to stay in one of their luxurious serviced apartments located in some of London’s most prestigious addresses. Their apartments lie in Knightsbridge, Belgravia, Chelsea and South Kensington – some of central London’s most fashionable places to live with excellent shopping, sightseeing and entertainment close by as well as superb access to underground and bus routes to other parts of central London.

The winner will be staying in the luxurious and generously-sized ‘The Lyall Elegance’ two bedroom, two bathroom apartment. It makes a superb base for a stay in London as it’s in easy walking distance of Chelsea, Knightsbridge and Hyde Park. The apartment has been extensively renovated in a unique style and includes a stunning long terrace overlooking the adjacent mews.

This very spacious 1,388 sqft. apartment is found on the second floor of an elegant Georgian house on a quiet street in Belgravia. Throughout you will be met with dark, hardwood floors and similarly dark wooden furniture, giving a real feel of the original character of this building, whilst also maintaining a contemporary elegance.

The lounge features a large ‘L’ shaped sofa, large flat-screen TV with Freeview channels and a solid wood desk and chair. From the lounge, you can walk through floor-to-ceiling doors which lead onto the long balcony running almost the length of the apartment, which overlooks the elegant and quiet Georgian mews below. There is a spacious fully-equipped modern kitchen with an solid wooden dining table (which comfortably seats 6), a 6-ring gas hob, oven, built-in microwave, large fridge/freezer, 2 wine fridges, dishwasher, washer/dryer, toaster and kettle along with all of the crockery, cooking utensils, glassware and cutlery that you are likely to need during your stay. There is also an additional toilet, making this a 2.5-bathroom apartment.

The two bedrooms are both set at the rear of the building, making it an even quieter environment. The Master Bedroom is exceptionally large and has a king-size bed, walk-in closet with shelves and hanging areas and a small sofa bed suitable for children. The very large ensuite bathroom has a separate rain-shower and ultra-modern over-sized bathtub over which sits a feature historical winch from when this area was on the outside of the building. Both the shower and the bathtub also have a hand-held shower. Additionally, there are his and hers wash hand basins, as well as toilet and bidet. The much smaller Second Bedroom has a double bed with wardrobes on either side. In the doorway to the bedroom are 2 doors in either side, behind one of which is the toilet and wash hand basin and behind the other, the shower cubicle with rain shower and hand-held shower.

The property also enjoys complimentary wifi, central heating throughout (with very effective radiators in each room) and all the Egyptian cotton linens and duvet covers you should need during your stay.

Please note the winner will be required to pay a £500 GBP security deposit which will need to be pre-authorised on a credit card before check-in (released back automatically by the card company soon after check-out unless claimed against for damages).

This auction item excludes flights and transport – you will need to arrange your own flights / transportation to and from your home to The Lyall Elegance, 4 Lyall Street, Belgravia, London, England to coincide with your booking. Your stay is subject to availability and at the discretion of London Lifestyle Apartments, it must be booked in advance and taken on a week night (Sunday to Thursday) in November 2017 or January, February or March 2018, excluding stays 01 – 06 January, 4- 18 February and 12 – 31 March. Please note the winner will be required to pay a £500 GBP security deposit which will need to be pre-authorised on a credit card before check-in (released back automatically by the card company soon after check-out unless claimed against for damages). Winners must pay for their auction item in full via Paypal within 48 hours of the auction end, otherwise Luxury Travel Diary Ltd. reserves the right to offer the auction item to the next highest bidder with immediate effect.
