This 17th Century merchant’s home turned boutique hotel features 18 stylish guestrooms, modern amenities and contemporary interiors evoking a Middle Eastern vibe. Positioned on Church Street within a UNESCO-listed 17th century fort, this spa hotel in Galle offers serenity, high-end service and gourmet modern dining.

Within this townhouse hotel you will find Church Street Social, Galle Fort’s most vibrant wining and dining venue, attracting both guests and locals with its convivial, buzzy vibe. The restaurant serves gourmet dishes with elements of traditional Moroccan, Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisine as well as tapas style dishes and rustic family-style sharing platters. Although the restaurant doesn’t serve alcohol, you can o course bring your own!

Another feature of the hotel is the indulgent Z Spa offering tranquility and luxurious and revitalising treatments including: signature massages, scrubs and wraps, facials, manicures, pedicures and steam sessions, which can all be tailored to suit your individual needs.

The winner and their guest will be staying in a light and contemporary styled Bazaar Bedroom overlooking the calm central courtyard shaded by fragrant Frangipani flowers. These rooms feature either king-sized or twin four-poster beds, along with two wardrobes and an ensuite wetroom with rain shower. Amenities include cable television, tea/coffee making facilities, air-conditioning, bathrobes, mini bar, safe and complimentary wifi.
