Oak House No.1 Luxury Hotel is situated right in the heart of Tetbury in the Cotswolds. It offers guests a discreet and relaxing stay in opulent surroundings. The bedrooms at Oak House No.1 have been designed to an exceptionally high standard and feature the world’s finest quality Frette or Ralph Lauren sheets, cashmere throws, free wifi, full SKY TV package (including Sky Movies and Sky Sports), Bluetooth speakers, an iPod dock, DVD/CD player and silver tea sets with choices of teas, coffee and hot chocolate. The winner and their guest will be staying in the incredibly spacious Cavalier Suite which comprises of three rooms: the cavalier bedroom, the cosy library sitting room and a huge contemporary bathroom with the very best designer fittings including: a separate power ‘rain’ shower and bathtub as well as an ‘in wall’ Aquavision television above the bath. The suite features fine quality English antiques and a huge silk draped king size four poster bed, comfortable and traditional in style but with an arty twist. The Cavalier bedroom even boasts a collection of special ‘glass art’ pieces made in the world famous glass factories of Murano, Venice and driven to the UK all the way from Italy by the art gallery owner himself to ensure safe delivery of the delicate glass sculptures. The suite also enjoys a mix of contemporary furniture by Mark Brazier Jones (in exclusive collections of Brad Pitt, Sylvester Stallone, Sir Mick Jagger and many others) sit with wonderful artworks and fine antiques in this graceful setting. The Library Sitting Room features a 46″ state of the art flat screen TV, an antique desk and chair and two comfy armchairs. Guests can take afternoon tea here or in the downstairs sitting room, or why not just sit back and listen to your favourite music via the Ipod dock with a good book from the extensive library. Please note that the front door is closed at 12 midnight but the hotel is happy to accommodate you if you need to arrive back a little later (please ask in advance), they also accept babies in arms or children when they are aged over 11.
