Bid on a charming 2-night getaway for two in a Bessillon Room at Lou Calen, nestled in the heart of Cotignac, one of Provence’s most picturesque villages. Your stay includes daily breakfast for two. Stay is valued at approximately €520 EUR / £440 GBP / $600 USD*. Please note the winner will be required to separately pay for local city tax of €3.93 EUR (approx. £3.33 GBP / $4.49 USD) per person, per day** as well as for all additional purchases including further meals, drinks, spa treatments, excursions, gratuities etc.

Auction stay dates: to be booked in advance and stay taken between 01 October 2025 – 30 March 2026, excluding stays over 24 & 31 December and 14 February, subject to availability.

The property features 34 uniquely designed rooms and suites, divided between Lou Calen and the tranquil Hameau Mico.

Guests can choose a between historic room overlooking the village or a private cottage nestled in greenery. Each space, from the 30 sqm. doubles to the expansive 100 sqm. family suites, is adorned with natural materials and many feature private terraces and scenic views of the hills or village rooftops. The estate’s layout ensures privacy and immersion in the natural beauty of the region, while offering modern amenities and an atmosphere of peaceful refinement.

Dining at Lou Calen is a celebration of local flavors and sustainable gastronomy. The Michelin Green Star-awarded Jardin Secret offers seasonal menus by Chef Benoit Witz, served in a beautifully restored 200-year-old house shaded by olive trees and vines. For casual fare, The Bistrot of Lou Calen serves flame-grilled dishes beneath a glass canopy or on a shaded terrace, with Sunday brunch and live music. Drinks lovers can visit La Tuf, the on-site microbrewery offering seasonal craft beers like fig Berliner Weisse, or sample over 80 varieties of artisanal pastis and absinthe at O’Fadoli, located on the nearby village square.

Lou Calen also offers immersive, year-round activities that celebrate the rhythms of Provence – from yoga and wine tastings to pottery classes, art exhibits, and saffron harvests.

The winner and their guest will unwind in a 35 sqm. Bessillon Room. This inviting space has been designed for rest and rejuvenation. Featuring a 180 cm double bed or twin beds totaling 290 cm, a walk-in rain shower, and a Japanese toilet. Guests can enjoy stunning views overlooking the village square, framed by the estate’s lush greenery. It’s the perfect base to experience the tranquil soul of Provence.
