Finnair has three lounges at Helsinki Airport: one in the Schengen area and two in the non-Schengen area. The latter two lounges are both located between gates 36 and 37.
As an Oneword Emerald member, I had access to both lounges, the original Finnair non-Schengen lounge, reviewed below, and the Finnair Premium lounge.

The original Finnair non-Schengen lounge is accessible to Finnair Business Class customers and Finnair Plus Platinum, Gold, and Silver members (+ one guest with a Platinum or Gold cardholder) and Oneworld Emerald and Sapphire cardholders (+ one guest) when the departure flight is marketed by Finnair (AY code on the ticket).
If you are not traveling business class, you can purchase a day pass to this lounge for €48 EUR. The clean, white, and impressive lounge is very spacious. It has a central seating area and an elevated level from where you can view the runway through floor-to-ceiling windows. I visited the lounge in the late afternoon, and several food stations were open to the guests, serving salad, cold snacks (e.g., Baltic herring marinated with tar), Goulash soup, and a hot lunch.
The overall offering, including the look, food, and drink, is slightly better in the Premium lounge, the best lounge of the two, but the non-Schengen is a very good lounge. I loved the views of the runway.
From the lounges, it was less than a minute to gate 36, where a Business Class seat on the Finnair Airbus A330-300 was waiting.
