Location

You choose to stay at La Ferme d’Augustin because of its location, just a few steps away from “Tahiti” beach in front of the magnificent Pampelonne bay and 5 minutes away from Saint-Tropez and because of its Provençal charm and character.

Style & Character

Upon entering the main building, you will find lounges decorated in a rustic Provençal Mediterranean manner, inviting sofas interspersed amongst period pieces and paintings. During autumnal evenings enjoy a few glasses of wine in front of the wood-burning fireplace. The hotel owner’s love of flowers means that the hotel is also adorned with flowers and bouquets, often made with roses from their own garden.

Rooms

Each room has its own individual character, with Provençal decor and unique views over the property. The hotel includes standard rooms, with or without a balcony, and Junior Suites (some with a terrace or a little garden) with views of the French countryside. The décor, inspired by the hotel’s Mediterranean surroundings, comprises antique furniture, local traditional fabrics, delicate lace-bordered sheets, bedspreads, and cushions, all regularly updated in a Provençal spirit by the seamstress of the hotel.

Rooms are also equipped with air-conditioning, a direct telephone line, a television, a hairdryer, a mini-bar, room safe, and high-speed DSL Internet access is available in the rooms, lounges, and terraces. Certain rooms benefit from a whirlpool bath, dressing rooms, private terrace with a patio, or balcony with sea views. The top-floor suite enjoys a breathtaking panoramic view of Pampelonne Bay.

Service & Facilities

The pool complete with hydro massage jets, sits in the center of the beautiful gardens and is inviting all year round as it is heated to 28°C, which is a warm enough temperature to take a dip even on a colder day.

La Ferme d’Augustin is only a few minutes from the lovely Tahiti Beach, a superb sandy beach that can be enjoyed by all the family. Tahiti Plage is a place to beach and see and be seen. It offers loads of options to dine or you can simply find a bench and watch aging movie stars and beautiful pretenders. Experience true Mediterranean living here and find solitude along some of the most beautiful coastal paths in the region.

The hotel provides complimentary transport to Saint Tropez, 5 minutes away. If you get into town at 4:00 pm, you can sit in a waterfront cafe and watch all the day boats come in.

Food & Drink

The cuisine at La Ferme d’Augustin is simple and genuine, made with fresh seasonal vegetables, often from their own orchards and gardens. Fresh fish is the local catch of the day. La Ferme d’Augustin makes their own wine from their own vineyard. You must try their Rose. It is simply the best! Be sure to make space in your suitcase to take a few bottles home. They also make their own olive oil, perfect with their fresh homemade bread.

Breakfast is a highlight, served until noon in your room, on the terrace, or just under a tree somewhere around the garden. Sample the delicious homemade watermelon jam made from the garden!
