Ritz-Carlton hotels are often some of the best Marriott Bonvoy hotels in an area. They also tend to offer the best Marriott Bonvoy club lounges in New York, but the Ritz-Carlton New York is not the only great Marriott Bonvoy hotel in New York. There are plenty of choices, including top brands like the Luxury Collection, Ritz-Carlton, EDITION, St Regis, W Hotels, and JW Marriott, as well as mid-range brands like their Autograph Collection, Renaissance, Sheraton, Le Meridien, Design Hotels, and their Westin collections.
Of course, the luxury brands aren’t the cheapest, so now we list some of the cheapest Marriott Bonvoy hotels in the center of New York. Pick an unpopular month like January or February, and you’ll also enjoy some of the cheapest rates of the year if you don’t mind braving the cold. For the sake of this article, we have picked the night of the 15th of January 2020 for our comparison room rate.
1. Element New York Times Square West

Even better, this club lounge is open seven days a week. The bad news is that you have to book a club room to access this lounge. If you book a base or standard room, you won’t get in!

This club lounge does include alcoholic drinks (hurrah!) including beer, wine, cocktails and spirits and is one of the best hotel club lounges in New York. It also has a fun location on the second floor with views of iconic Central Park and lively 59th Street that are ever-changing. The food on offer in this lounge is also very good, and stick around on Saturday evenings to indulge in their sumptuous caviar presentation.
At $778 USD/room/night, this hotel shouldn’t really be in our cheapest Marriott Bonvoy hotels listing, but we couldn’t resist just one splurge property just in case you want a real treat!
