Book A Stay

The wonderfully secluded Marbella Resort, Sharjah is a perfect hideaway for the luxury traveler visiting Sharjah or its close-by neighbor Dubai. Overlooking the stunning Khalid Lagoon and Al Majaz Waterfront, you cannot help but be captivated by the beauty of Sharjah’s glistening waters. In an ideal location to explore, the resort offers peace and quiet amidst its lusciously secluded grounds; yet despite its remoteness is still in close proximity to the city center.

Location

Located in the center of Sharjah and only 30km from Dubai, Marbella Resort can be found in a prime spot overlooking the beautiful waterfront. It’s well located for everything, but if shopping is on your to-do list, the Sahara Centre and City Centre Deira are both easily accessible and packed full of shops, restaurants, and cafes.

The average temperature in Sharjah throughout the year is 26°C. However, in the Summer months, it can get really hot and humid, so a visit between December and February is the most comfortable time to visit. The weather is milder, with no rain and low humidity, with a temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius which is just perfect.

You can fly directly to Sharjah International airport from the UK with most airlines, including British Airways and Emirates, in just over seven hours directly, or Dubai International Airport is equally as easy. Both transfer journeys should take you around 20 minutes by road, and it’s no problem to prearrange your transfer directly with the hotel to avoid hanging about at the airport.

Style & Character

Admiring the beautiful architecture, Marbella Resort, Sharjah, has a wonderfully distinctive Spanish vibe. As you explore the beautiful resort grounds, the sounds of the birds tweeting immerse you in a place of tranquility and relaxation. Combined with the traditionally Arabian theme, the resort creates a real ambiance of luxury and splendor.

A warm, friendly greeting welcomes you as you arrive at the Marbella Resort Sharjah. Absolutely perfect for families and couples alike, the resort’s self-contained villas are lovely – especially for larger groups looking for that special family get-together. It’s also a superb base for visiting the sights, including Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo if you fancy taking the children out for the day.

Service & Facilities

When looking for a hotel with a pool, we prefer one that is temperature-controlled – especially in the Emirates heat. Marbella Resort, Sharjah, has this covered, and what’s more, it’s a really safe spot to bring the children as there is a lifeguard on duty. If you want to break a sweat, there is a fully equipped gym and floodlit tennis court to raise your heart rate. The hotel generally has everything you need, including currency exchange and even a free shuttle service to the nearest beach, which is a real bonus.

Rooms

The Spanish/Arabian-themed villas are really well spread out and surrounded by beautiful gardens. You also have the added bonus of your own private garden space and parking right up to your villa. All tastefully refurbished, the spacious suites and villas are really well equipped, providing a stocked non-alcoholic mini-bar, safe, daily housekeeping, and hot drink-making facilities. You can also access 24-hour in-room dining if you get peckish late at night.

Best Rooms

While the Master Suites are perfect for couples, the Full Villas are great for families and accommodate up to 6 people sharing three bedrooms. It’s not very often you come across luxury accommodations that will cater to large groups, so this is a real gem. Comprised of a Junior and Master Suite in the villas, there are two separate bedrooms, a sitting and dining area, and a kitchen containing everything you need.

Food & Drink

There is something for everyone, whether it be a meal in one of the fabulous restaurants or taking advantage of the 24-hour dining options. The pizzeria in Caesar’s Palace cooks the most amazing authentic Italian lunches and evening meals. You can also take away a delicious hand-cooked pizza prepared by the chef in the open firewood oven – Bellissimo! During the day, it’s worth paying a visit to the Italian coffee shop, or if you are looking for a light snack or iced cold drink heading to the Cascade Pool Bar is a must. If that weren’t enough, sit down and take your time over the fabulous leisurely buffet breakfast or a la carte lunch, or evening meal served in the delightful Cafe Undici.
