Paris Charles de Gaulle (CDG) is one of the busiest airports in Europe and serves the city of Paris. Opened in 1974, it is located in Roissy-en-France, 23 km northeast of Paris. We review the British Airways Lounge by Cathay Pacific at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. We have also reviewed the best hotels in Paris with club lounges in case this is what you are looking for.

British Airways flights operate out of Terminal 2A, and the lounges sit above the departure gates in this terminal. There’s an Emirates, Etihad, American Airlines, and Cathay Pacific lounge available, and all are reviewed in more detail in our best airport lounges in Paris article.

There is no British Airways airport lounge at Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport. Instead, British Airways frequent fliers and Business Class flyers get to use the Cathay Pacific lounge. Oneworld Sapphire or Emerald passengers on any booking class or Oneworld Business and First Class passengers have access to this Cathay Pacific lounge in Terminal 2. This lounge is next door to the American Airlines lounge and is the lounge used by British Airways passengers traveling in Club World or Club Europe Business Class.

There are loads of different seating options in this lounge, from soft armchairs to cafe tables and chairs, all arranged in one large space. The food on offer is good with the breakfast, including bread, pastries, cereals, fruit, and hot eggs and beans. A dim sum and noodles bar opens at 10:00 am, which comes highly recommended. Overall the food is very good, hot and cold and plentiful in this lounge.

The drink selection on offer is also extensive, making this a very appealing lounge. However, the American Airlines Admirals Club has the edge if you are choosing between these two options.
