The Ritz-Carlton Rabat Dar Es Salam is a Marriott Bonvoy category 5 rewards hotel. This Ritz-Carlton is set amid a 440-acre forest and one of the world’s top golf courses and offers a luxury oasis in Morocco’s vibrant capital. This is the joint best Marriott in Morocco, along with Tamuda bay above.
The beauty of the Moroccan landscape and culture is at the center of the experience at The Ritz-Carlton Rabat, Dar es Salam. Landscaped gardens, 440 acres of oak forest, and the renowned course at Royal Golf Dar es Salam set the backdrop for a collection of luxury amenities. Five restaurants and lounges offer distinct interpretations of local cuisine, and the spa draws from ancient rituals to offer treatments, including the signature hammam.
3. AnaYela, Marrakesh, a Member of Design Hotels™
AnaYela, Marrakesh, a Member of Design Hotels is a Marriott Bonvoy category 4 rewards hotel. AnaYela, a gorgeous 300-year-old palace transformed into an opulent hotel, is the jewel of Marrakesh. After a full-scale restoration in 2007, the luminous two-suite and three-room city palace offers a lush indoor courtyard, a heated limestone pool, and a beguiling rooftop terrace overlooking Marrakesh’s historic quarter.
4. Sheraton Casablanca Hotel & Towers, Casablanca
The best and only Marriott Bonvoy in Casablanca is the Sheraton Casablanca Hotel & Towers. This hotel is a Marriott Bonvoy category 2 rewards hotel and is a smart hotel with a lovely bright restaurant that opens up to the pool.
Ideally located, in the heart of the City, at only 35 minutes away from the Mohamed V International airport (CMN) and walking distance to the Old Medina, Central Market, Art Deco buildings and all facilities from train stations, restaurants to mall center, making Sheraton Casablanca Hotel & Towers as the perfect jumping-off point for joining your business or exploring the City.
309 rooms and Suites feature the Sheraton Signature Sleep Experience® to relax, WiFi high-speed internet connection (1 access point per room) to stay connected. There’s a 24-hour fitness center, 2 Squash Courts, and you can unwind in the Hammam, Sauna, and Jacuzzi.
5. Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace
Fes Marriott Hotel Jnan Palace is a Marriott Bonvoy category 2 rewards hotel and is a resort-style hotel in Fes. Explore some of Morocco’s most celebrated attractions, including Quartier Al-Atlas, the University of Al Quaraouiyine, the Batha Museum, the blue gate of Bab Boujeloud, and the Medina of Fez, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Highlights of this hotel include the huge sparkling outdoor pool and the cutting-edge fitness center. There are lots of wining and dining options, and the rooms are smart, and most have a small balcony overlooking the pool. This is a brilliant hotel to redeem your Marriott Bonvoy points.
6. Le Méridien N’Fis, Marrakech
Le Méridien N’Fis, Marrakech is a Marriott Bonvoy category 2 rewards hotel. This is a resort-style hotel in Marrakech, Morocco, with a spa, pools, tennis courts, dining, and event space. The lobby and rooms have a Moroccan style, although they feel a little dated. Think 1970’s Moroccan.
The pool and gardens here are a particular highlight, and the pool is kept cool even in the hot summer months, making it a superb place to hang out and cool down. The pool area is large, with a jacuzzi at the far end, and there’s a restaurant near the pool, in addition to two others within the hotel.
Le Méridien N’Fis is well located near a mall and about a 5-10-minute taxi ride to both the new town and the old town center. While it is within walking distance of many places worth visiting, the heat can make walking fairly unbearable. The service and the buffet breakfast are excellent here, and at such a low redemption cost, this has to be one of the best and cheapest Marriott redemption hotels if you want to spend your points.
