Beyond Moscow, there are very few hotels in Russia with executive club lounges. There’s a club lounge at Marriott Krasnaya Polyana in Sochi, Krasnodar Marriott, Ufa Sheraton, Voronezh Marriott, Hilton, and Corinthia St Petersburg.
However, many Marriott’s and Hilton’s in Russia do not have executive club lounges. Examples of these include the Saint Petersburg Renaissance, Novosibirsk Marriott, and Samara Renaissance, which don’t have club lounges. We review the best executive club lounge across Russia, but it will come as no surprise that most of these lounges are in Moscow.
There are several Hilton’s in Russia, but they are mainly Hilton Garden Inns with no executive club lounges. The Hilton Moscow Leningradskaya and Hilton Saint Petersburg Expoforum both have executive club lounges and are both featured below. Interestingly, the Corinthia offers St Petersburg’s only five-star Executive Club Lounge.
In cities like Moscow or St. Petersburg, the weather is continental humid, with long and cold winters and warm and short summers. Winter in Russia is perhaps the most wonderful time to visit and heralds a season of romantic sleigh rides in Moscow’s Sokolniki, performances of Petr Tchaikovsky’s Nutcracker at the Bolshoi Theatre, and ice skating in Gorky Park.
I have compiled a list below containing the best luxury hotels with executive club lounges in Russia. I list the ones I consider to be the best at the top.
1. Ritz-Carlton, Moscow
In terms of sheer indulgence, rather than value, the Ritz-Carlton, Moscow offers a Club Level which is hard to beat. Located just off Red Square next to the Kremlin and in the heart of a city steeped in history and art stands The Ritz-Carlton, Moscow, a luxury hotel that honors its breathtaking location in every detail. Enjoy a traditional Russian welcome of fresh bread and salt while surrounded by the neoclassical design of this Ritz-Carlton.
This hotel’s highlights include elegant guest rooms and suites, a luxury spa, and a rooftop terrace. The Ritz-Carlton Club is located on the 10th and 11th floors and offers a dedicated Concierge and a relaxed lounge environment.
