Zabeel Saray has a pool, beach, and views, but none are as good as those at Madinat Jumeirah. There is a small children’s playground at Zabeel Saray, but otherwise, Madinat Jumeirah is better in every aspect.

Why Would Anyone Stay At Jumeirah Zabeel Saray?
Price. Both resorts are luxurious. Both have a beach and a pool. Jumeirah Zabeel Saray can work out at up to 50% cheaper than the Jumeirah Madinat hotel.
Jumeirah Zabeel Saray is still a beautiful hotel, but the location is not as good as the Jumeirah beach location enjoyed by the Madinat Jumeirah hotels detailed above. All rooms have waterfront views, but bear in mind that the view towards Jebel Ali port is quite industrial.
There are lots of good restaurants at this hotel, a year-round kids club that operates all year, along with a great toddler kids pool, a great beach (manufactured on the palm), and service with a full menu.
The bad news about this hotel and what makes it a bad decision, when compared to the Madinat Jumeirah hotels, is the location, which is remote. You have to hop in a taxi to get anywhere worthwhile. Although you could walk around 15 minutes along the beach one way to the Kempinski and up the other way to the One & Only hotels, there is nothing of interest in the direct vicinity, plus it takes a good 15 minutes to get off The Palm and to the other attractions in Dubai.
Family rooms are the other reason to choose Zabeel Saray as it has a better family room option. In contrast, families are stuck paying for TWO interconnecting rooms at Madinat Jumeirah hotels.
If they are the same price, go for Madinat Jumeirah. If you plan to do a lot of sightseeing, Madinat Jumeirah is the one to pick as it can be a nightmare getting off The Palm, but if the price is your main factor, Zabeel Saray may be worth considering as it may be considerably cheaper.
