What about ABTA Bonding and Insurance?

We are not an ABTA bonded agency as we don’t take payment from you. We are a middle man which means that, although we ask for your credit card to hold the room, we never take payment from it. It is the hotel that directly takes payment for your booking. The Four Seasons, Intercontinental will take payment. On your credit card statement, the bill will come from the hotel and not us.

For refundable bookings, payment is usually taken at the hotel and not in advance (although this is not the case 100% of the time) so your billing will all be dealt with by the hotel.

I Still Don’t Feel Comfortable

We would be happy to connect you with the reservation team direct at your preferred luxury hotel, to verify that we are in fact a Virtuoso and Four Seasons (or other luxury hotel equivalent) agent. Once they have confirmed that we are a genuine and trustworthy agent, we hope that you will feel happy to book with us.

How Does The Booking Process Work?

Request your hotel and dates vie our luxury travel concierge, eg ‘I want to book a Pine View room at Four Seasons Cap Ferrat on the French Riviera for 1st to 10th August. Please let me know what benefits you can offer’.

Once you have agreed to go ahead with the booking, we will then make the reservation for you and send you a confirmation outlining your exclusive benefits. With your refundable bookings, you pay the hotel as usual on departure. Some hotels may request a night’s refundable deposit, which will be outlined at the time of booking. We can also usually match promotional rates and offers if you find a better offer on the hotel website.

What About My Loyalty Points?

If the luxury hotel is part of a loyalty program, like a Ritz-Carlton or a JW Marriott, you will receive points and any elite benefits when you book with our agents. This is not usually the case when booking via any other third party agent eg Expedia.

Can You Add benefits in Retrospectively To Booking?s
