October, March, and April are the best months for beaches in Abu Dhabi when it is not too hot to be outside. During this time, expect a temperature ranging from 16°C – 32°C. Summertime starts in late May, with July to August swarming with intense heat, up to 50°C. Humidity can still be very high through to September, so if sunbathing is on the agenda, we recommend visiting during either October, March, or April.
