Finding a new fashion label is a pastime I just adore; stumbling across stunning pieces to wear on my luxury travels always makes me smile. My latest find is New York based Sirah The Label, a trendy women’s fashion brand that’s all about clean cuts and classic styles.
About the Fashion
Sirah The Label relies on those clean lines and simple, paired back looks that let the clothes speak for themselves. Think luxurious, high quality fabrics, beautifully cut to flatter and accentuate. The pieces are elegant and chic, perfect for luxury travel basically. The clothes work well to create a capsule wardrobe; the holy grail of travel surely! They can be layered, mixed, and matched and serve to complement each other. The products include luxury tops, dresses and jumpsuits which are designed to be versatile. The range includes timeless and essential pieces with a contemporary twist that can be adapted for any occasion: day or night, work or play. Best of all they are affordably priced so you don’t feel bad about buying them in several colours!
My Top Picks
One of my very favourite pieces is definitely the Carissa Crossover Top which comes in a range of colours, I was torn between the ever-versatile black and the rather fabulous champagne. It’s a gorgeous soft fabric and is smart enough to wear to the office but also trendy enough for after work drinks or better still, the poolside bar. Jumpsuits always feature in my suitcase and the Renee Jumpsuit in Olive Crepe is a wonderful addition; strapless so it shows off my tanned shoulders and totally on-trend with the wide leg trouser.
Behind the Brand
I love a brand with strong eco and ethical credentials. Sirah The Label is committed to using their passion and creativity to help others around the world. The aim to make lives better by transforming and improving the horrible ‘sweatshop’ image that the fashion industry struggles to shake. Sirah The Label plan to do this by employing, educating and providing housing to families and individuals living in poverty in the future, starting with the Philippines – lovely to know that what I wear on my travels can genuinely benefit others.
